Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Inventory Management professional to oversee and manage the inventory operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, minimizing shrinkage, and supporting procurement and warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process purchasing orders as required.
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments, and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Perform regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with inventory system.
  • Implement and improve inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure supply-demand balance.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other inventory-related data.
  • Analyse inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for cost savings.
  • Use inventory management software or ERP systems to update stock levels and generate reports.
  • Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of goods.
  • Train and supervise warehouse or inventory staff if applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in inventory Software ERP
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
