Inventory Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Controller with strong experience in the FMCG and Retail sector. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience, excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a solid understanding of production and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels across FMCG/Retail operations.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams to ensure stock availability.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock variance analysis, and daily/weekly consumption reports.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of FMCG items.
• Review all material movements and ensure accuracy in the ERP/inventory system.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support production planning with accurate inventory data and timely updates.
• Improve inventory control processes and minimize stock losses or discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Inventory Control (FMCG/Retail experience preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Good understanding of FMCG and retail production/stock movement processes.
• Knowledge of ERP / inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
