Inventory Executive- Male

Job Responsibilities

Ø Receive, monitor and deliver inventory as per the supply chain and inventory control process.

Ø Identify ways to improve inventory management procedures by creating a tracking system for your inventory

Ø Document and make reports on every stock taking and ensure the quality and inventory control.

Ø Report to the upper management regarding the inventory and shipping status.

Ø Making sure all inventory paperwork is properly managed and filed is accurate

Ø Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.

Ø Ensure product stock is adequate for all shops.

Ø Use software to monitor the inventory

Ø Tracking - ensures the company has sufficient stock to meet their customer's needs. Using periodic and perpetual inventory systems, they track, and manage warehouse stock levels.

Ø Supervise to analyse sales figures-Based on this analysis, they are able to produce accurate forecasts about inventory needs.

Ø Suggests practices for reducing costs and optimizing the process of supply chain management.

Ø Analyzes product and supply levels daily to predict inventory issues and shortages

Criteria /Qualifications/Experience required:

• Candidate with Bachelor’s degree min 1year(s) experience .
• Preference to Kottayam candidate
