The Role

Direct the regional fiscal strategy and financial architecture for our educational institutions. You will ensure long-term institutional growth through rigorous governance, strategic budgeting, and regulatory alignment.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy: Lead annual budgeting, long-term forecasting, and expansion ROI analysis.
• Operations: Oversee tuition revenue, scholarship funds, and operational spend.
• Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to MoEHE regulations and Qatari tax laws.
• Leadership: Provide high-level financial briefs and risk assessments to the Board.

Requirements

• Seniority: 12+ years of finance experience; 5+ years in a Director-level role.
• Education: Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA, CFA, or MBA required.
• Industry: Prior experience in the education or training sector preferred.
• Skills: Mastery of ERP systems and professional English fluency.

Pay: QAR28,000.00 per month
