Job Purpose:

To manage product data, pricing, invoicing processes, and product categorization while ensuring inventory records are accurate and up to date within the system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain product records in the system.

2. Enter new products/items accurately with complete details and specifications.

3. Assign and update product categories and classifications.

4. Set, update, and maintain product pricing based on management instructions.

5. Generate quotations, sales invoices, and related documentation.

6. Verify invoice accuracy before submission and processing.

7. Update and maintain inventory information and stock records.

8. Monitor item availability and coordinate stock updates when required.

9. Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and consistent within the system.

10. Organize and standardize product naming conventions and coding structures.

11. Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams regarding item updates and pricing changes.

12. Prepare periodic reports related to products, inventory, and invoicing activities.

13. Identify and correct data entry errors to maintain data quality.

14. Support system maintenance and administrative tasks related to inventory and product management.

15. Perform additional operational duties assigned by management.

Pay: RO200.000 - RO220.000 per month
