Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Enter all purchases, materials, and transfers into our system (ServiceTitan) quickly and accurately
• Maintain inventory levels and support replenishment across Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, and more
• Process vendor returns and ensure credits are received
• Keep pricing and item details updated in the pricebook
• Work closely with warehouse, technicians, purchasing, and accounting teams
• Assist with month-end inventory review and reconciliation
• Identify and correct data discrepancies
• Learn materials and usage patterns to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Support process improvements and help streamline inventory operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong computer and systems skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy — you notice small errors
• Experience with inventory, purchasing, data entry, or operations (ServiceTitan a plus)
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Curious, proactive, willing to get “into the weeds” to understand materials
• A team player with a desire to grow as our company grows

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
