About the Role
Renon India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Executive to manage warehouse inventory, dispatch planning, and logistics coordination. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock management and timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials and finished goods
- Perform physical stock audits and cycle counts
- Monitor minimum stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory
- Match physical stock with system records
Warehouse Operations
- Manage inward and outward material movement
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation practices
- Coordinate with production and sales teams for material readiness
Logistics & Dispatch
- Plan daily dispatch schedules
- Coordinate with transporters and courier partners
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoice, delivery documents, and packing lists
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
Vendor Coordination
- Negotiate freight rates with transporters
- Maintain transporter records
- Handle transit damage or shortage issues
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain goods receipt and delivery records
- Share daily and weekly inventory and dispatch reports
- Support audits and compliance documentation
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics role
- Knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Excel
- Good coordination and documentation skills
