Inventory & Logistics Keeper

Job Description

Align STEM Club is looking for a proactive and highly organized Inventory Keeper to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all STEM kits, robotic components, and electronic equipment, ensuring everything is accounted for, functional, and ready for daily educational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Track, organize, and maintain a detailed record of all STEM kits, tools, and materials.
• Daily Preparation: Ensure all required materials for the next day's classes, workshops, or competitions are packed and ready.
• Maintenance & Testing: Regularly check electronic components (sensors, motors, controllers) to ensure they are in perfect working condition.
• Stock Monitoring: Identify low-stock items and handle procurement requests to avoid any delays.
• External Sourcing: Physically visit markets and vendors to purchase or collect resources and components as required.
• Quality Control: Inspect returned kits after sessions to ensure no parts are missing or damaged.

Requirements

• Personal Vehicle: The candidate MUST own a personal vehicle (e.g., a motorcycle) and possess a valid driving license for outdoor tasks.
• Proven Experience: Prior experience in storekeeping, inventory, or logistics.
• Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of STEM/Robotic components to verify their working condition.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage small parts and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Availability: Ready to handle field-related tasks and market visits on short notice.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of local electronic and stationery markets.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel for digital record-keeping.
• Basic troubleshooting or soldering skills for minor equipment repairs.

Education

• Minimum: Intermediate / A-level.
• Preferred: Technical diploma or experience in a similar logistics/technical role.

Salary Range

PKR 30,000 – 45,000(based on experience)
