Inventory Management Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Management Coordinator to oversee inventory allocation, stock monitoring, replenishment planning, and inventory movement across stores and sales channels. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, support sales performance, and maintain efficient inventory flow within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across stores and warehouse
• Coordinate stock allocation and replenishment based on sales performance and demand
• Analyze inventory movement, sales trends, and stock requirements
• Ensure availability of fast-moving items while minimizing overstock and stock shortages
• Coordinate inter-branch stock transfers when necessary
• Track slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare inventory, stock, and sales reports for management
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, operations, and sales teams
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory systems
• Assist in stock counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
• Support inventory planning and forecasting activities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management, retail operations, supply chain, or stock control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems such Zoho Books or similar platforms is an advantage
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Skills

• Retail or distribution industry experience is a must.
• Knowledge of inventory forecasting and replenishment planning
• Reporting and data analysis experience

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
