Job Description: Inventory Manager

Position: Inventory Manager/Store-Keeper/
Department: Stores / Operations
Location: Omkareshwar-Mortakka, 70KM from Indore

Job Summary

The Inventory Manager is responsible for managing and controlling stock levels, ensuring timely procurement, proper storage, and smooth issuance of materials to all departments. The role focuses on accuracy, cost control, and maintaining organized, efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely purchasing and delivery.
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO and maintain proper stock rotation.
  • Maintain inventory records and prepare basic reports.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and security of store areas.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field (Preferably Commerce/Supply Chain).
  • 1–3 years experience in inventory/storekeeping.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory software and MS Excel.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
