Efficiency in our project delivery starts with a perfectly managed warehouse. We are looking for a meticulous Inventory Manager to take full ownership of our stock management. You will be responsible for ensuring 100% stock accuracy, preventing any leakage, and organizing our inventory to support the project team's speed and reliability.

Objectives of this role

• Ensure zero discrepancy between physical stock and system records.
• Prevent stock leakage through strict inward/outward documentation and movement controls.
• Optimize warehouse space for maximum safety and picking efficiency.
• Minimize project delays by maintaining optimal stock levels and proactive reordering.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document all incoming shipments for quality and quantity against purchase orders.
• Update the inventory system in real-time for every single item movement (Inward/Outward).
• Conduct regular weekly cycle counts and comprehensive monthly audits.
• Monitor stock levels against minimum thresholds and coordinate reorders with procurement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and labeled storage system for all products and equipment.

Required skills and qualifications

• Absolute integrity and a disciplined approach to rules and documentation.
• Extreme organizational skills with a "place for everything" mindset.
• High attention to detail, specifically in counting and labeling high-value items.
• Physical stamina to manage warehouse operations and oversee stock movement.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally, or SAP).
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
