We are hiring an Inventory Manager for our furniture manufacturing unit. The candidate must have strong experience in handling Zoho Inventory and managing raw materials, production stock, and dispatch operations. This role requires excellent coordination with the Production, Purchase, and Accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete inventory operations through Zoho Inventory (MUST).
  • Create and update Items, Categories, Item Types & Product Types in Zoho.
  • Handle Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, GRNs, Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
  • Record inward and outward materials daily, including factory and warehouse stock.
  • Monitor raw material usage, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods inventory.
  • Issue materials to production as per job/BOQ and track consumption.
  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile differences.
  • Follow up with vendors for timely material supply and pending purchase bills.
  • Prepare dispatch documentation and coordinate with logistics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in Inventory / Stores Management.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books.
  • Experience working in a furniture manufacturing or wood-based production unit.
  • Strong knowledge of wood, hardware, fittings, packaging materials, paint/polish items.
  • Good skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong follow-up, documentation, and coordination ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
