Inventory Manager/Social Media Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to manage both our dealership's social media presence and vehicle inventory content. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is both creatively driven and detail-oriented. Someone who is process driven and has a passion for social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Develop and post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok at least three times per week.
• Interact daily with followers by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the community.
• Design high-quality digital assets (posts, stories, reels) using Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva.
• Create compelling advertisements and promotional materials aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns.

Inventory Management

• Capture professional-quality photos of all new and used vehicles for online listings.
• Write clear, engaging, and accurate descriptions for each used vehicle.
• Produce and print window stickers and buyer’s guides; ensure they are correctly placed on vehicles promptly.
• Manage and update vehicle listings and promotions using vAuto to maintain accurate and appealing online presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, etc.) and Canva.
• Experience with Facebook and Instagram content creation and community management.
• Strong photography skills; experience photographing vehicles is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting vehicle descriptions and social media content.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Pay

• Pay is commensurate with experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
