We are a fast-growing US. based private label brand in the Home Textiles & Apparel industry, sourcing from China and other regions, selling in the USA

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can ensure accurate inventory management, maintain strong coordination with warehouse teams, and proactively communicate with internal teams to support smooth operations.

The Inventory Operations Specialist will manage daily inventory operations to ensure accurate stock records across systems and warehouses. This role involves monitoring stock levels, reconciling system inventory with physical stock, and coordinating closely with warehouse, customer service, and internal teams to maintain smooth inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records across systems, warehouses, and fulfillment centers.

Monitor stock movements including receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments.

Perform regular inventory reconciliations and investigate stock discrepancies.

Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock updates, transfers, and audits.

Monitor stock levels and alert relevant teams about low stock, stock-out risks, or overstock situations.

Support physical stock audits and ensure proper documentation of adjustments.

Track inventory aging and highlight slow-moving or stagnant stock for action.

Coordinate with customer service regarding returns, damaged items, and saleable vs. unsaleable inventory.

Prepare key inventory reports such as reconciliation, discrepancy, and stock monitoring reports.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

High attention to detail

Good coordination and communication skills

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Work Details:

Fully Remote Opportunity

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings:

1st shift: 1.5 hours

2nd shift: 7 hours including 1 hour break
