We are currently seeking an Inventory & Order Management Specialist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- System & Process Training
- Become familiar with SAP/EWMS/WES functions and workflows; optimize operating procedures and SOPs; train 3PL teams to process orders according to standard procedures.
- Raw Materials Warehouse Order Management
- Guide 3PL to timely process inbound/outbound orders for raw materials; track execution progress, resolve system/data issues, and ensure KPI delivery.
- Finished Goods Warehouse Order Management
- Guide 3PL to process inbound/outbound orders for finished goods and monitor execution to ensure timely order closure.
- Inventory Management & Stock Counting
- Supervise 3PL to perform daily cycle counts, periodic stock counts, and quarterly/annual physical inventory; consolidate results and follow up on adjustments.
- Inventory Variance Analysis & Corrective Actions
- Support 3PL in analyzing root causes of inventory discrepancies and follow up on corrective action plans.
- Identify ERP/EWM system issues, communicate with DTIT teams, track optimization progress, and ensure issues are closed properly.
- KPI Management
- Define and monitor KPIs; drive 3PL to meet performance targets.
Qualifications
- Language: Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
- Experience: 3-5 years of warehouse order management experience, with strengths in data analysis, process optimization, and training.
- System Skills: Familiar with ERP, WMS, OMS, WES systems and related optimization experience.
- Communication: Able to communicate effectively with 3PL partners and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of quickly resolving system or process issues to ensure business continuity.
- Mobility: Willing to be assigned to Saudi Arabia for approximately 2 years.
