Jenson Refrigeration is looking for an individual seeking an opportunity for an enjoyable career. We are looking for an energetic and ambitious person to become part of our growing team as our experienced Parts Person. We pride ourselves on maintaining an upbeat, energetic and fun environment to work in, while still maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Computer Skills
• Answering phone calls and assisting customers with problems or inquiries
• Working with other employees to gather information and solve problems
• Working with manufacturers to order parts
• Record keeping and light filling
• Purchase orders
• Inventory Management
• Data Entry
• Communicating with customers
• Customer service
• Problem resolutions
• Collections

Qualifications:

• Grasp the purpose behind your job.
• Know when to ask questions about details before entering them.
• Excel at and enjoy focusing on the details, taking pride in the high quality of your work. It's rare for anyone to catch your errors.
• Minimum of 1 years of directly related experience in Customer Service, Parts Sales or mechanical work is necessary.
• Competent organizational skills and effective interpersonal skills.
• Must have a positive "can do" attitude and be self-driven and motivated.
