Inventory & Procurement Assistant

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a reliable Inventory & Procurement Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support warehouse operations at our Al Quoz facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of inventory systems, basic procurement processes, and manpower coordination, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage warehouse stock levels and update inventory records.
  • Coordinate with procurement team to assist in material sourcing and purchase orders.
  • Assist in tracking manpower allocation and daily site deployment.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for material movements and supplier deliveries.
  • Support operational workflows across warehouse and project sites.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in inventory, procurement, or operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word .
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in renovation or construction industry is a plus.
