Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to manage building material inventory, procurement, and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient stock control, timely availability of parts, and accurate documentation while coordinating with service and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily building material inventory and ensure optimal stock levels
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials
- Issue building materials to on site teams and customers as per requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or manual systems
- Coordinate with suppliers for ordering, pricing, and delivery follow-ups
- Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of spare parts
- Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management
- Support warranty claims and returns where applicable
- Good knowledge about UAE building material prices and values.
- Good experience in procurement in UAE.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Inventory Assistant, Inventory Clerk, or Stock Controller
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and data entry processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in building materials and pricing knowledge in UAE
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or inventory software
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
