Inventory & Production Controller

DAR AQUA & AGRICULTURE W.L.L is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Production Controller to manage our end-to-end stock and production data. This role is critical for ensuring our daily operations run smoothly without material shortages and that all data is accurately captured within our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management: Manage daily stock levels for all company assets, including fertilizers, chemicals, boxes, and consumables.
• Sage 300 ERP: Accurately update and maintain the Sage 300 Inventory Control module with all stock movements, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
• Production Reporting: Record and report daily production numbers and yields, ensuring physical output matches system data.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Perform daily physical counts and reconcile findings with Sage 300 to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Logistics & Receiving: Supervise the receipt of goods and ensure all items are logged in the system before being released for production use.
• Operational Planning: Manage "re-order points" for packaging and raw materials to avoid production downtime.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inventory, warehouse, or production environments.
• Direct experience or high proficiency with Sage 300 is required.
• Strong numerical skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial/agricultural setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD180.000 - BD300.000 per month
