INVENTORY SALES SPECIALIST (COMMISSION-BASED)

Job Summary
DS Huber Real Estate Group and Problem Solved Property Services (PSPS) are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to manage and sell surplus inventory generated from our property management and maintenance operations.

This role is responsible for identifying, listing, marketing, and selling items such as

appliances, fixtures, materials, and equipment through various online platforms. The ideal

candidate is entrepreneurial, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation Structure

- Commission-based pay ranging from 10% to 30% per item sold

- Higher commission opportunities may be available for high-value or specialty items

- No cap on earnings

- Compensation is directly tied to performance and sales volume

Work Environment & Schedule

- Flexible schedule with no set hours

- Work can be performed remotely with periodic in-person coordination

Duties

• - Review and organize surplus inventory from job sites and storage locations
• - Photograph and create listings for items on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace,
• Craigslist, and eBay
• - Respond to inquiries and communicate with potential buyers
• - Negotiate pricing to maximize revenue
• - Coordinate item pickup or shipping logistics
• - Maintain accurate tracking of listings, sales, and inventory status
• - Work with internal team members as needed to access and manage inventory

Qualifications

• Prior experience with online selling platforms preferred (Facebook Marketplace, eBay,
• Craigslist, etc.)
• - Strong communication and negotiation skills
• - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• - Organized and detail-oriented
• - Basic technology skills (smartphone, email, spreadsheets)
• - Reliable transportation for occasional site visits or meetups
