Job requirements:
- Handling of spare parts and keeping track of inventory and deliveries.
- Sending spare parts quotations to customers and following up for their approval.
- Allocating spare parts and toner for customers under Full Service Maintenance Agreements / Lease contracts.
- Invoicing and counter reading procedures for photocopier machines under Full Service Maintenance Contracts.
- Supporting and coordinating with other staff members to deliver on time service to our customers.
- Document scanning.
- The candidate should be respectful towards others, eager to learn, supportive and responsible in their work.
Salary:
The salary will be 3,000Dhs
Working hours:
8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday (Saturday and Sunday are off)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
