THE OPERATIONAL FRONT Based within the high-intensity Shuwaikh Port Area, you are the technical steward of our material flow. NH Group Tech requires a Lead who understands that inventory is not just physical stock—it is a live data stream. Your mission is to eliminate system drift and ensure that our digital records are a perfect mirror of our port-side reality.

SYSTEM PARAMETERS

• WMS Optimization: Oversee the integrity and configuration of our Warehouse Management System to maintain 99.9% data accuracy across all stock tiers.
• Audit Synchronization: Lead frequent cycle counts and reconciliation protocols, utilizing mobile data entry to bridge the gap between the warehouse floor and the central database.
• Supply Chain Logic: Analyze stock velocity to optimize storage bin allocation and reduce picking latency for high-demand maritime and industrial assets.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Act as the final technical authority for inventory variances, investigating root causes within the system architecture to prevent recurring data errors.

THE OPERATIVE’S PROFILE

• History: 4+ years managing inventory systems or technical logistics in a port or industrial environment.
• Toolbox: Advanced proficiency in SAP IBP, Oracle NetSuite, or specialized WMS platforms; expert-level Excel for data forensic analysis.
• Linguistic Grade: C2 English proficiency is mandatory for coordinating with international shipping partners and documenting system protocols.
• Visual Reporting: You are required to use Loom to record "Stock Health Audits" and system walkthroughs, providing the executive team with immediate visual verification of port-side operations.

SITE TERMS Work at the center of Kuwait's logistics hub at Shuwaikh Port. This role provides a KWD 1,150 monthly package for a systems expert who can command the flow of the NH Group Tech inventory.
