- Manage daily inventory operations and maintain inventory accuracy
- Receive, issue, transfer, and reconcile inventory transactions
- Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate replenishment purchasing
- Create and manage Purchase Orders and vendor communication
- Track equipment status, repairs, maintenance schedules, and readiness
- Coordinate with operations, field personnel, and vendors
- Maintain inventory and equipment records in company systems
- Perform routine inventory counts and cycle counts
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Generate inventory, purchasing, and equipment utilization reports
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, organization, and asset tracking
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process development
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
QualificationsRequired:
- 3+ years experience in inventory, warehouse, purchasing, equipment, operations, or asset management
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with spreadsheets and inventory systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license

- Experience with:
- Inventory management systems
- Purchase order workflows
- Equipment maintenance tracking
- Microsoft Excel
- PowerApps / SharePoint
- Oilfield or industrial operations
- Barcode scanning and inventory controls
