Inventory/E-commerce Assistant

We are a growing pool and spa company seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to help us manage our expanding retail and online presence. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate product inventory across multiple store locations.
• Oversee and update our pool & spa website with new products, content, and promotions.
• Run and optimize our e-commerce platform to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Support online orders from start to finish — including processing, packaging, and shipping through UPS.
• Photograph new products and upload images to the website.
• Barcode and enter new products into the system.
• Design and create mailers for e-blasts to promote products, specials, and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop training videos and materials to support staff learning and consistency.
• Track online sales, analyze performance, and recommend strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with the team to support marketing, retail, and operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing inventory across multiple store locations.
• Proven expertise in Shopify/WooCommerce, including platform management, product optimization, and campaign execution.
• Must have experience using SEO, PPC, and email marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Demonstrated success in improving key e-commerce metrics such as AOV, CLV, and repeat customer rate.
• Ability to utilize e-commerce technologies and analytics tools to inform strategy and optimize performance.
• Knowledge of shipping systems (UPS preferred).
• Ability to create training videos or instructional materials for staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience in the pool and spa industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
