We are licensed Illinois Detective Agency located in Arlington Heights Illinois. We are looking for people who want to join a very well known investigation agency to grow within. If you are not punctual, you don't have patience, You don't the ability to learn or want to learn please do not apply. This is for an on call surveillance investigator position where you're going to be mostly watching person in their places of residence and businesses and following them mobili to their destinations we also work with workers compensation insurance fraud claims mostly as well as domestic surveillance The ideal candidate must be able to think on their feet Drive an automobile aggressively and defensively in order to file a subject at hand. You must sit and maintain surveillance for long periods of time within your vehicle This is not for everybody but it's a certain challenge and it's a great career to be and every day is different Do you have the ability to do this? We also require that you have what is called an Illinois PERC card that will allow you to work under a detective lic if you have any criminal history in your past you may not be a candidate. Duties

• Conduct covert surveillance operations to monitor suspicious activities and gather evidence for investigations
• Collect, analyze, and document data related to potential fraudulent or criminal behavior
• Write detailed, accurate reports outlining surveillance findings, observations, and investigative steps taken
• Perform research on individuals or entities involved in suspicious activities to uncover patterns or connections
• Maintain surveillance equipment, ensure proper operation, and document all activities thoroughly

Experience

• Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or investigative roles is highly desirable
• Strong report writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate observations and findings
• Proven ability to collect and analyze data effectively for investigative purposes
• Familiarity with Nobile surveillance techniques, including the use of cameras, tracking devices, and other tools
• Knowledge of research methods related to fraud detection and prevention strategies
• Understanding of security protocols and procedures relevant to investigative work
• Excellent communication skills with an active, detail-oriented approach to investigations

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
