Investment Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Trainee to join the real estate investment team. The trainee will support the investment team in analyzing market trends, preparing investment reports, and assisting in evaluating real estate opportunities across various asset classes. This role offers hands-on exposure to the real estate investment cycle and an opportunity to develop a career in real estate investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing real estate investment opportunities, including financial modeling and market research.
• Support due diligence activities for potential acquisitions and investments.
• Prepare investment presentations, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and track performance of current investments.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, development) to support investment execution.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Investment Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic .
