Job Title: Investment Research Analyst

Qualifications -
-CFA Level I or II
-Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
-Prior experience in an Investment Bank or financial services firm preferred Key

Responsibilities :

 Conduct in-depth research and analysis on Fintech and EdTech companies
 Support the company’s NBFC operations by identifying and evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions with other NBFCs
 Assist in preparing and executing strategies to help companies pursue IPO opportunities
 Develop detailed financial models, valuation reports, and industry analysis
 Collaborate with management on investment strategies, due diligence, and fundraising initiatives
 Prepare investor presentations, pitch books, and research reports
