Investment Analyst

Job Description:

We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to perform market research, valuation modeling, and investment tracking across equities, fixed income, and other asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis

• Conduct industry research, market sizing, and competitive analysis.
• Analyze financial statements, assess risks, and evaluate strategic fit.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on target companies and track their ongoing financial and strategic developments.

Asset Coverage

• Demonstrate a general understanding of asset allocation and portfolio construction principles.
• Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities across various asset classes, including equities and fixed income instruments.

Financial Modeling & Valuation

• Apply in-depth knowledge of financial modeling and valuation methodologies.

Reporting

• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and internal briefing notes.

Portfolio Monitoring

• Track and analyze the performance of existing investments and provide regular updates.

Market Awareness

• Stay up to date on macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and corporate news through continuous review of financial media and research sources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in investment analysis, equity research, asset management, or a related financial role.
