Manager - Investment

Location: Mumbai (6 days/week office-based)
Experience: 4-7 years
CTC: Up to 18 LPA

About the Role:
Drive fundraising, manage investor relationships (HNIs, Family Offices, Institutions), and grow AUM/revenue for curated startup investment opportunities. Ideal for target-driven professionals with strong networking and financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve AUM and revenue targets through investor onboarding and capital deployment.
• Research, pitch, and nurture relationships with high-potential investors; handle KYC and activation.
• Conduct meetings/presentations, represent at events/conferences, and source leads via referrals/networking.
• Prepare investment proposals, performance reports, and track KPIs (AUM growth, conversions, etc.).
• Stay updated on funding trends and align strategies with portfolio needs.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years fundraising experience, including 1+ year in Category II AIFs (PE/VC/Credit/Special Situations) selling to HNIs/Family Offices/Wealth Managers.
• Proficient in pitching/onboarding investors, conducting meetings/presentations, achieving revenue targets, networking representation, startup valuation basics, portfolio reporting, investment products, and preparing proposals/reports/KPIs.
• High ownership and target-driven mindset (finance background preferred).

Preferred:

• Background in VC/AIFs/Wealth Management/Investment Banking/startup fundraising.
• Events industry experience; startup funding events/roadshows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
