Investment Analyst

The Role

Cenphix Capital is seeking a high-caliber Investment Analyst to join our strategic team in Raysut. In this role, you will be the primary engine for our investment research, responsible for identifying, modeling, and evaluating opportunities that align with our portfolio goals. We are looking for a professional who can cut through market noise to deliver data-driven insights, particularly within the industrial, logistics, and emerging tech sectors that define the Raysut economic landscape.

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build and maintain sophisticated DCF, LBO, and three-statement financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions and project-finance opportunities.
• Sector & Market Research: Conduct deep-dive analysis into regional and global market trends, with a specific focus on the industrial growth of the Dhofar region and its impact on the GCC economy.
• Due Diligence Support: Coordinate the financial due diligence process for new investments, working with legal and technical teams to identify risks and validate growth assumptions.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Track the performance of existing assets, preparing monthly and quarterly reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance against original investment cases.
• Investment Memoranda: Draft concise and compelling investment committee papers, translating complex financial analysis into clear narratives for executive decision-making.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in managing relationships with co-investors, banking partners, and project leads within the Raysut Zone.

Professional Profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Mandatory Expertise: Advanced mastery of financial modeling and a solid grasp of IFRS standards.
• Experience in industrial or logistics sector analysis is a significant advantage given the Raysut location.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters Eikon, or similar financial data platforms.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Arabic is essential for analyzing local contracts and coordinating with regional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics; progress toward a CFA charter is highly preferred.
