Investment Analyst-Portfolio Management

We are a strategy‑led investment office with a diversified portfolio of ventures and joint ventures across the UAE. The role focuses on the day‑to‑day stewardship of portfolio companies. You will act as the main link between our office and each investee, ensuring performance stays on track, governance standards are upheld, and management teams are supported in addressing challenges and pursuing growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Oversight: Set KPIs, track results, and prepare regular updates for the CIO and Group CEO
• Management Engagement: Build strong working relationships with portfolio leadership
• Issue Identification: Spot performance concerns early and support corrective actions
• Strategic Input: Support strategy, capital allocation, and operational priorities
• Planning and Budgets: Coordinate annual plans and budget reviews
• Follow‑on Capital: Review and assess requests for additional investment
• Value Creation: Lead commercial reviews, benchmarking, and growth initiatives
• Exit Readiness: Maintain clarity on exit options and preparedness

Candidate ProfileExperience

• 6–10 years in private equity, investment banking within a family office-Mandatory
• Experience in portfolio work, board engagement, or value creation
• Exposure to growth‑stage or turnaround environments; UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working across multiple sectors

Skills and Attributes

• Strong financial and analytical capability
• Confident working with management accounts and performance models
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Structured, detail‑driven, and able to manage several portfolio relationships at once
• High ownership and accountability
• Comfortable presenting in board and senior leadership settings
• Bachelor’s in Finance or Economics; CFA or MBA is a plus

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per hour
