About the job Investment Associate

Evaluate potential investment opportunities in accordance with the set investment criteria and leading the execution of new transactions.

Develop investment documentation including teasers, reports, memorandums, and presentations that will support the investment decision-making process.

Identify and analyze areas of potential risk and implementing solutions to effectively mitigate such risks.

Manage and build complex excel based financial models.

Assess legal documentation including Shareholders Agreements, Asset/Share Purchase Agreements, NDAs, MOUs and others.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a renowned private equity firm, investment bank, or financial advisory firm.

Experience in infrastructure and project financing transactions.

Competent in risk management, equity analysis, assets allocation, portfolio strategy and data analysis.

Fluent in both English and Arabic.

CFA is a plus.

Self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Team player with a strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
