Role Overview


As an Associate in the Real Asset Fund Investment team, you will support the execution of investment strategies across real asset funds. You will play a key role in deal evaluation, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and market research. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with 3–6 years of experience in fund investing, investment banking or real assets.


Key Duties and Responsibilities


Investment Execution & Analysis

  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities across private markets.
  • Conduct financial modeling, market research, and due diligence on funds and managers
  • Support the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal committees.

Portfolio Monitoring

  • Track performance of existing investments and prepare regular updates.
  • Analyze fund reports, capital calls, distributions, and key performance indicators.
  • Assist in identifying value creation opportunities and exit strategies.

Market Research

  • Stay informed on macroeconomic trends, sector developments, and competitive dynamics.
  • Contribute to thematic research and pipeline development across asset classes and geographies.

Stakeholder Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to support transaction execution and portfolio management.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with fund managers, advisors, and other external stakeholders.


Qualifications and Experience


Experience:

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in fund investing, investment banking or real assets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA or progress toward it is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Exposure to private markets or fund investing is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Skills:
