Investment Associate

We’re looking for a talented Investment Associate to join our growing investment team. This role is crucial in supporting transaction execution, fund management, and ensuring compliance with CMA frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sourcing, structuring, and execution of real estate investment opportunities.

• Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuations, and market analyses.

• Prepare investment memoranda, board presentations, and CMA filing documents.

• Coordinate due diligence with valuers, legal advisors, and consultants.

• Monitor fund performance, tenancy, and asset-level cash flows.

• Assist in investor relations, including reporting and capital account statements.

Requirements:

• Valid CMA certifications: CME-1 and CME-4

• Bachelor’s in Finance (Master’s preferred)

• 2–5 years’ experience in real estate investment

• Strong knowledge of CMA regulations and Saudi capital markets

• Proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV)

• Excellent communication in Arabic and English
