JOB PURPOSE :

Support the investment evaluation of real estate development projects by contributing to the structuring, assessment, and refinement of investment cases, supporting investment decision-making, and engaging with sub-developers, investors, and partners to ensure alignment with commercial, financial, and strategic objectives.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the evaluation of assigned real estate development projects or portfolios, from initial assessment through internal approvals.

Prepare and maintain financial models, feasibility analyses, and investment cases to support development opportunities by the master developer and by local and international sub-developers and investors.

Prepare investment memoranda, executive summaries, investor presentations, and related materials.

Support business development activities, including the attraction and evaluation of sub-developers, investors, and capital providers.

Support and contribute to deal structuring and execution, including development strategies, phasing plans, financing structures, and transaction closing.

Support the evaluation of transactions involving land sales, land leases, joint ventures, and other collaboration structures, and contribute to recommendations for decision-making.

Provide commercial input into term sheets, MOUs, sale and purchase agreements, and other transaction and partnership frameworks, in coordination with legal and other internal teams.

Coordinate with internal departments (finance, development, sales, marketing, legal, and others) to ensure consistency and alignment of technical, commercial, and financial assumptions.

Engage with and support relationships with sub-developers, investors, capital providers, advisors, and service providers, and participate in discussions to expand the investment and partnership network.

Monitor and contribute market intelligence and sector insights, ensuring the department remains informed of relevant trends locally, regionally, and internationally.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of investment processes, systems, documentation, and record-keeping, in line with best practices and efficiency objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, development, feasibility analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.

Master’s degree is considered an advantage.

Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, FMVA, or equivalent are strongly preferred.

Fluency in English is essential.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Experience with real estate feasibility and modelling software (e.g., ARGUS EstateMaster or similar) is an advantage.
