Role Description
We are seeking a highly driven Venture Associate ( Investment Associate) for a full-time on-site role based in Jeddah. With approximately 3 years of venture capital or private equity experience to join our team. This role is designed for a mid-level investment professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong analytical capabilities, and is passionate about identifying, evaluating, and supporting high-potentail startups.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source high-quality investment opportunities across priority sectors.
• Build and manage a structured and organized deal pipeline.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, demo days, and ecosystem gatherings.
• Conduct initial screening calls and perform structured opportunity assessments.
• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
• Prepare detailed investment memos and present recommendations to the Managing Partner.
• Lead follow-up discussions with founders and coordinate due diligence processes.
• Support negotiation preparation and assist in transaction execution.
• Maintain investment CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of pipeline metrics.
• Engage with portfolio companies through structured updates and performance tracking.
• Support portfolio founders with introductions, follow-ups, and ecosystem access.
• Prepare internal reports and periodic performance summaries.
Candidate Profile
• Approximately 3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or
corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to evaluate business models, unit economics, and scalability.
• Confident communicator with the ability to present investment cases clearly.
• Strong network within startup and investment ecosystems is preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
