The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Associate to support the company’s investment activities, financial analysis, and portfolio monitoring. The ideal candidate will be a CA Finalist with relevant experience in investment analysis or corporate finance, capable of working closely with senior management in evaluating opportunities and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing and evaluating potential investment opportunities through financial and business analysis.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts, and investment summaries to support decision-making.
• Support portfolio monitoring by tracking performance and preparing periodic reports.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify trends and insights.
• Assist senior management in investment planning, strategy execution, and performance review.
• Support due diligence processes, including financial review and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting requirements related to investments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• CA Finalist (mandatory).
• 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, advisory, or related financial roles.
• Working knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis.
• Basic understanding of investment principles, portfolio analysis, and risk management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail and deadlines.

Salary:

Competitive and based on experience.

Work Timing:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Saturday)
