Key Responsibilities -

• Financial Modelling – Real Estate Project Level Cash Flow Modelling
• Demand Assessment - Economic drivers of a project in a micro market including comparables
• Data Analysis – Compiling and analysing data from public sources and government websites related to real estate projects and financing.
• Development Regulations - Analysis and application of the development control regulations and bye-laws in the project jurisdiction cities
• Information Memorandum – Preparation of Investment banking collateral
