Job Title: Investment Banking Associate

Location: Middle East

Summary:

You will be responsible for the execution of corporate finance transactions including ECM, DCM, M&A, valuations and structuring deals. You will also support senior staff, prepare financial models, and engage in client-facing activities to gather data.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the businesses strategy and business plan to meet volume, revenue, and profit targets.
• Assist in delivering value-added products and services to clients.
• Prepare advisory reports, valuations, and transaction structures as per client mandates.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Provide accurate information to auditors, compliance, and risk teams as needed.
• Offer technical expertise and guidance to analysts and the corporate finance team.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant corporate finance experience

Skills:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and work independently with integrity and self-management.
