Investment Banking Associate - Healthcare M&A

This is a unique opportunity to join a top-performing group that has advised on some of the most high-profile and complex transactions in the healthcare sector. The team is highly regarded for its deep sector expertise, hands-on deal exposure, and collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution of M&A transactions, including valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence
• Preparation of marketing materials such as pitch books and management presentations
• Involvement in client meetings, strategic discussions, and deal negotiations
• Mentorship and guidance of analysts within the team
• Contribution to origination efforts and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements

• 2–5 years of Investment Banking experience (preferably in M&A or Healthcare coverage)
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Experience from an elite boutique, bulge bracket, or top middle-market firm is preferred
