Investment Banking Intern

Oaklins inHERA Capital is seeking to hire Investment Banking Interns.

Requirements

• Senior or junior college students with strong academic background from top tier universities
• Very fluent in spoken and written Turkish and English
• CFA holder/candidate is a plus
• Strong analytical approach, problem-solving, and research skills
• Understanding of financial analysis, modeling, and accounting
• Comfortable functioning both independently and as part of a team, meeting stringent deadlines while working on multiple projects and maintaining the highest standards
• Strategic thinking, intellectual approach, entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated leadership skills, personal integrity as well as ability to take initiative and execute effectively

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the execution of Oaklins inHERA Capital's financial advisory mandates
• Conducting research and contributing to the preparation of pitch books, sales documents (teasers, information memorandums, management presentations), conducting financial/operational analysis, as well as valuation
• Managing relationships, including direct liaison with shareholders, managers, investors, financers, legal teams,
• Managing relationships with Oaklins offices abroad, including support to the requests of Oaklins network (identifying potential companies for sell-side/buy-side deals abroad), preparation to the meetings/events of Oaklins
• Business development, deal origination initiatives, development and maintenance of relationships
