Investment Content Lead - Remote

About the Role
We're looking for a Investment Content Lead who is both a skilled writer and a sharp financial thinker. This role goes beyond producing content — you'll own the quality and strategic direction of Alva's financial content output, shaping how we communicate investment intelligence to a global audience.

What You'll Do
- Build and publish Playbooks on Alva that demonstrate real investment insight and attract creators to remix and build upon
- Define and maintain the editorial standard for Alva's financial content — what gets published, what angle it takes, and whether it actually moves the needle for investors
- Write investment-angle content across formats (analysis, commentary, strategy breakdowns) that reflects genuine market understanding, not surface-level summaries
- Develop Alva's external content strategy: identify the right topics, formats, and distribution channels (SEO, GEO, social, community) to grow our creator ecosystem
- Actively evaluate and give feedback on content from the broader Alva community — raise the floor, not just the ceiling
- Stay on top of market developments and translate complex financial ideas into content that is both accessible and credible

What We're Looking For
- Deep familiarity with financial markets — you follow equities, macro, or crypto seriously, not casually. You have real investment opinions and can back them up
- Strong writer with a clear, confident voice. You can make a 13F filing interesting
- Sharp editorial judgment — you can tell immediately whether a piece of financial content is actually useful to an investor or just noise
- Experience building an audience around financial content (newsletter, social, community, research) is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with data — you can read a feed output, interpret a chart, and turn it into a narrative
- Remote-friendly, self-directed, comfortable with async work

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
