Investment Director

As the Investment Director, you will lead Riyadh Development Company's investment activities, overseeing the company's financial and real estate investment portfolio to maximize value creation and sustainable growth. You will work closely with the Chief Investment Officer and executive leadership to identify strategic investment opportunities, optimize capital allocation, and ensure strong portfolio performance. This role requires a highly analytical investment professional with strong commercial acumen, capable of navigating complex financial landscapes and delivering high-impact investment strategies aligned with the company's long term vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's investment strategies, policies, and capital allocation frameworks in alignment with corporate objectives and long term growth plans.
• Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of financial and real estate investment opportunities that support Riyadh Development Company's strategic priorities.
• Oversee the development of investment proposals and recommendations presented to the CIO, executive management, and Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with financial modelling and feasibility teams to evaluate investment opportunities by analyzing costs, revenues, expected returns, and risk exposure.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the company's investment portfolio to ensure revenue growth, cost efficiency, and effective lifecycle asset management.
• Lead portfolio performance reviews and investment committee discussions to guide capital allocation decisions and risk mitigation strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and strategic partners to pursue new investment opportunities and partnerships.
• Ensure that investment activities comply with corporate governance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Oversee investment reporting and performance monitoring to provide accurate insights for executive decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement in investment processes, systems, and portfolio management practices to enhance efficiency, performance, and risk management.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
• Master's degree or professional certifications such as CFA or Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in investment management, asset management, or financial analysis, including at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
