The Mandate

Club Kime Financials is an elite boutique asset management and private equity firm orchestrating high-value capital deployments across the GCC. Operating from our executive suite in the Ruwi Business District, we are appointing an Investment Director to lead our portfolio growth, asset allocation strategies, and capital deployment initiatives. This is a high-visibility leadership track; you will assume absolute accountability for driving proprietary fund performance, structuring complex cross-border transactions, and fostering relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional stakeholders.

Core Executive Directives * Formulate and execute sophisticated investment strategies across multiple asset classes, including private equity, real estate, and regional capital markets.

• Lead the end-to-end deal lifecycle, overseeing rigorous financial modeling, valuations, commercial due diligence, and risk-adjusted return analyses.
• Present definitive investment theses, risk mitigation matrices, and underwriting recommendations directly to the Investment Committee.
• Manage and optimize existing portfolio companies, collaborating with executive boards to drive operational efficiencies and structure profitable exit strategies.
• Maintain deep relationships within the regional financial ecosystem to secure proprietary deal flow and capitalize on emerging market disruptions.

The Professional Profile * 10 to 14 years of progressive investment banking, private equity, or principal investment experience, with a definitive track record of executing high-value corporate transactions in the MENA region.

• Mastery of complex corporate finance theory, structural deal-engineering, and advanced financial modeling techniques.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a deep understanding of regional regulatory landscapes, CMA guidelines, and corporate legal frameworks.
• A university degree in Finance, Economics, or a highly quantitative discipline, backed by gold-standard professional credentials such as the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter.

The Settlement Package

We offer a flat, consolidated monthly salary of OMR 4,000, structured to cover your base executive remuneration, premium housing provisions in Muscat, and transport allocations. Club Kime Financials manages your full Oman work visa and residency sponsorship from day one, provides comprehensive private executive health coverage, and covers your paid annual leave along with business-class return flight allocations in accordance with Oman Labor Law.
