Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of significant experience in private equity fund formation
• Experience at a large law firm or in-house setting
• Working knowledge of relevant securities rules and regulations, including the Investment Advisers Act
• Experience with private equity secondary transactions and/or GP-led restructurings
• Admitted to the state bar of their office location

Pay: $310,000.00 - $390,000.00 per year
