We are seeking an Investment Group Partner—a sophisticated strategist, a master of deal-flow, and a trusted advisor. This is a high-stakes leadership role for a professional who possesses the "Fujairah edge": a blend of global financial perspective and local market intuition.

The Mandate: Strategic Stewardship

• Portfolio Leadership: Direct the overarching investment strategy for GMRSG, overseeing diverse asset classes including Private Equity, Real Estate, and Emerging Tech.
• Deal Origination: Leverage an elite global network to identify, evaluate, and secure high-value investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Capital Deployment: Lead the due diligence process, structuring complex transactions that maximize ROI while rigorously managing risk.
• Stakeholder Governance: Act as the primary liaison for high-net-worth individuals and institutional partners, providing transparent, high-level reporting and visionary guidance.
• Ecosystem Growth: Champion the role of Fujairah as a burgeoning financial hub, integrating our portfolio companies into the Creative City’s innovative landscape.

Your Executive Profile

• The Track Record: 12+ years of senior-level experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Asset Management, with a proven history of successful exits or portfolio growth.
• The "Creative City" Mindset: You understand the agility required in a Free Zone environment and can bridge the gap between creative startups and institutional capital.
• Financial Mastery: Deep expertise in valuation modeling, fiscal restructuring, and international regulatory frameworks (DFSA/ADGM knowledge is a plus).
• Communication: Professional fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic or French is highly desirable for cross-border negotiations.
• Education: An MBA, CFA, or Master’s degree in Finance/Economics from a top-tier global institution.
