Job Overview:
Arkay Investments Salalah is seeking an experienced Investment Lead specializing in Energy & Oil to drive strategic investment decisions and portfolio growth within the sector. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, managing investment risks, and maximizing returns in upstream, midstream, and downstream energy assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead evaluation and execution of investment opportunities in the oil and energy sector
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis for potential projects and assets
• Develop investment strategies aligned with company goals and market trends
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend optimization strategies
• Perform due diligence on acquisition, partnership, and expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams on deal structuring and execution
• Track global energy markets, pricing trends, and geopolitical factors affecting investments
• Prepare investment reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Petroleum Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 7–12 years of experience in investment management, private equity, or energy sector finance
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
• Solid understanding of oil & gas markets and energy economics
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
