INVESTMENT OFFICE ASSOCIATE
Family Office & Operating Companies
Position Summary
Join the Professional Tribe LLC team, supporting a family office and affiliated operating companies across agriculture, real estate, and investment activities. This role works directly alongside the Principal and Chief Investment Officer, gaining hands-on exposure to deal-making, M&A activity, and investment analysis while helping drive execution of high-impact initiatives.
This role is intentionally designed for a highly capable, intellectually curious problem-solver seeking accelerated growth and real proximity to how investment decisions are developed, evaluated, and executed. Operating at the center of executive activity, this position supports deal-flow coordination, investment research and analysis, financial modeling, diligence preparation, and transaction-related initiatives—while also owning critical operational responsibilities that keep the organization running smoothly.

Expect meaningful C-suite access alongside genuine grunt work—both are essential to the role.
