Investment Operations Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Investment Operations Analyst. In this role, you'll ensure the accuracy and integrity of investment performance reporting across multiple platforms and client types-including fund lists, internal models, SMAs, and 401(k) plans-while supporting our financial planning process. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on routine, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in delivering precise, client-ready reports on schedule. You'll collaborate closely with our advisory and planning teams to help deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare client-ready performance reports and statements in advance of advisor meetings

• Ensure timely distribution of alternative investment statements and other client documents

• Support advisors with accurate data for financial planning, including updates to planning software and investment assumptions

• Collaborate with internal teams on ad-hoc reporting requests and maintain integrity of performance and planning tools

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and reports

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets

• Ability to manage recurring deadlines and balance multiple priorities effectively

• Solid written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration

• Professional discretion in working with confidential information

Preferred

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment advisory operations

• Familiarity with platforms such as Morningstar Advisor Workstation, Envestnet, or similar tools

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

• Knowledge of investment products including mutual funds, SMAs, alternative investments, and retirement plans
