Investment Operations Analyst (Credit Platform)

This role offers hands-on exposure to complex investment products, direct interaction with front-office teams, and the chance to build a strong foundation within a fast-paced asset management environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day investment operations across a sophisticated credit platform—working closely with trading, finance, and investor-facing teams.

  • Act as a critical partner to the trading desk—ensuring accurate, real-time visibility into holdings and positions to support investment decisions
  • Monitor and process daily portfolio activity across a wide range of asset classes including corporate bonds, structured products, loans, and equities
  • Track and support lifecycle events across portfolios (trades, settlements, CLO activity, securitized products, etc.)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and operational accuracy
  • Build relationships across teams and with external partners to keep workflows efficient and scalable
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements—identifying ways to streamline reporting, increase accuracy, and enhance systems

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in fixed income, investment operations, or a related field
  • Exposure to asset classes such as bonds, loans, ABS, MBS, CLOs, or similar is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Bloomberg, Geneva, or similar systems is helpful
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • A proactive mindset—you’re someone who looks for ways to improve processes, not just maintain them
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams and levels
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
